hmmm. this is really neat! yeah, of course i can see why you'd think Luigi might know about this guy. :) come to think of it, the artist Paul Laffoley is reportedly designing a building made of trees. i'll try to locate the relevant documentation & share it here. also, a science fiction novel i read a while back (The Neanderthal Parralax...?...not sure of the title at this distance) concerns a parallel-universe Earth wherein Neanderthals rather than Homo Sapiens Sapiens became the dominant intelligence, and they've developed arborculture (including arborsculpture) to a high level. thanks for showing us that ! :)
